Dubai orders arrive within 2 hours of us confirming your order, traffic permitting. Everywhere else in the UAE — Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain — arrives within 24 hours. We dispatch from 10:00 to 23:00, seven days a week.
Free on orders of AED 350 and above. Below that it is a flat AED 30 anywhere in the UAE, shown in your basket before you confirm. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for full detail.
On delivery — nothing is charged in advance. Cash is accepted everywhere we deliver. Card on delivery is available in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, where our drivers carry card machines. Bank transfer is available for the other emirates.
We replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, reported within 24 hours. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on sealed nicotine products. Full terms are on the Returns & Refund Policy page.
We confirm every order on WhatsApp and use that same thread to tell you when the driver is on the way. There is no separate tracking portal — just reply on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly where your order is.

No. We deliver within the seven emirates only.
Possibly. Our drivers may ask for Emirates ID or another government photo ID to confirm you are of legal smoking age, and cannot hand over an order without it.
