These terms govern your use of vapedubaishops.com and any order you place with Vape Dubai Shop. By ordering from us you accept them. Please read the age restriction section in particular.
1. Who we are
Vape Dubai Shop is an online-only retailer of vaping products operating in the United Arab Emirates at vapedubaishops.com. We have no physical retail premises. Our contact channel is WhatsApp on +971 56 389 8101, available 10:00 to 23:00 daily.
2. Age restriction
You must be of legal smoking age in the UAE to buy from this site. Products sold here contain nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance. By placing an order you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement and that you are buying for your own use, not for resale to or on behalf of a minor.
Our drivers may request Emirates ID or another government-issued photo ID at the point of delivery, and will not hand over an order if valid ID is not produced. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the age requirement is not met.
3. Health warning
Vaping products are intended for adult smokers and existing nicotine users. They are not a smoking-cessation treatment and are not suitable for non-smokers, people under the legal smoking age, or people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a heart condition, respiratory condition or any other medical concern, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before using nicotine products. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
4. Products, descriptions and pricing
We source from authorised distributors and sell genuine products. Product images are representative; manufacturers change packaging and colours without notice, so what arrives may differ cosmetically from the photograph.
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). We try to keep pricing and stock accurate, but errors occur. If an item is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we will contact you on WhatsApp to offer an alternative, a corrected price or a cancellation — we will never simply charge you a different amount. Prices may change at any time before an order is confirmed.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order through the website is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order on WhatsApp. We may decline any order — for example where we cannot verify age, where an address is outside our delivery area, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud or intended resale.
6. Delivery
We deliver across all seven emirates. Dubai orders arrive within 2 hours subject to traffic; all other emirates within 24 hours. Delivery is free on orders of AED 350 and above, and AED 30 below that. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery Policy page. Delivery windows are targets based on normal conditions and are not guarantees; we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
7. Payment
Payment is taken on delivery. We accept cash anywhere we deliver, card on delivery in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and bank transfer for the remaining emirates. We do not collect or store card details on this website.
8. Returns
We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, reported within 24 hours of delivery. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on nicotine products, e-liquids or disposables. See our Returns & Refund Policy for the full terms and for your statutory rights.
9. Acceptable use of this website
You may not use this site to break any law, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape or copy our content for a competing service, or to place orders you do not intend to accept. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe any of these apply.
10. Intellectual property
The text, product descriptions, photography and layout on this site belong to Vape Dubai Shop unless stated otherwise. Manufacturer brand names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we stock. Nothing here implies endorsement by, or partnership with, any manufacturer beyond an ordinary reseller relationship.
11. Limitation of liability
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are free from defects on arrival. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from misuse of a product, use of incompatible chargers or third-party components, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions and battery safety guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under UAE consumer protection law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the UAE courts. Your rights as a consumer are set out in Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection; you can read a summary on the official UAE Government portal.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The review date below shows when this page last changed.
