What makes a shisha vape different

Two things. The draw is looser — you inhale directly into the lungs the way you would from a hose, not the tight mouth-to-lung pull of a cigarette-style device. And the nicotine is usually lower: many of these run at 0.3% to 3% rather than the 5% typical of pocket disposables, because you take bigger, slower draws. Check the strength before you buy; a 5% DTL device is a lot of nicotine.
