How fast is delivery in Dubai?
Within 2 hours of us confirming your order, subject to traffic. We dispatch between 10:00 and 23:00, seven days a week. The clock starts when we confirm on WhatsApp, not at checkout, because we confirm every order before assigning a driver.
How long does delivery take to the other emirates?
Within 24 hours to Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders of AED 350 and above. Below that it is a flat AED 30 anywhere in the UAE. There are no other charges. Full detail is on our Shipping & Delivery Policy page.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
No. We deliver within the seven emirates only.
Do you deliver on Fridays and public holidays?
Yes, we deliver seven days a week within our 10:00 to 23:00 dispatch hours.
Payment
How do I pay?
On delivery, not in advance. Cash is accepted everywhere we deliver. Card on delivery is available in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, where our drivers carry card machines. Bank transfer is available for the remaining emirates.
Do you take card payments online?
No. Nothing is charged before your order arrives, and no card details are entered on or stored by this website. If you want to pay by card, choose card on delivery where it is available.
Is there a fee for cash on delivery?
No.
Products
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We source from authorised distributors rather than grey-market suppliers. If you ever receive something you believe is not authentic, message us with photos and we will replace or refund it.
What nicotine strength should I choose?
As a general guide, heavier smokers moving across from cigarettes usually start at 50mg (5%) salt nicotine in a disposable or pod device. Lighter smokers tend to do better at 20mg (2%). Freebase e-liquids for refillable devices are typically 3mg to 6mg. If you are unsure, message us with what you currently smoke and we will suggest a starting point.
What is the difference between salt nicotine and freebase?
Salt nicotine is smoother at high strengths and is what disposables and pod systems use — it satisfies quickly and suits mouth-to-lung vaping. Freebase is harsher at the same strength, so it is sold at lower strengths and used in larger refillable devices for bigger vapour production.
Which vape is best for a beginner?
A disposable from Elf Bar, Tugboat or Myle. There is nothing to set up, charge, refill or maintain — you use it and replace it. If you would rather not keep buying disposables, a refillable pod system from Uwell, VOOPOO or Vaporesso costs more upfront and much less over time.
How long does a disposable vape last?
It depends on the puff rating and how heavily you vape. As a rough guide, a 3500-puff device lasts a light-to-moderate user around a week; a 10000-puff device around two to three weeks. Heavy users should expect noticeably less.
Do you stock replacement coils and pods?
Yes, for all the device brands we sell. If you cannot find the exact coil for your device, message us — we hold stock that is not always listed.
Orders and returns
Can I return something if I change my mind?
No. Because these are sealed nicotine products we cannot verify how they have been stored once they leave us, and we will not resell a returned item to someone else. We do replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Something arrived damaged. What do I do?
Tell the driver if you spot it at the door, and message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with photos. Most claims are resolved the same day without needing the item back. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, free of charge, any time before the driver sets off — just reply on the WhatsApp thread. After that you can still refuse the order at the door at no cost.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account only saves your address for next time.
Age and safety
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. You must be of legal smoking age in the UAE. Our drivers may ask for Emirates ID or another government photo ID on delivery and will not hand over an order without it.
Are vapes legal in the UAE?
Vaping products have been legal to sell in the UAE through registered channels since 2019, subject to standards set by the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology. Rules on where you may vape are set locally and vaping is prohibited in many indoor public spaces. Check current guidance on the official UAE Government portal.
How should I look after my device battery?
Use the charger supplied with the device, do not leave it charging unattended overnight, keep it out of direct sun and away from car dashboards, and stop using any device whose battery is swollen, damaged or getting unusually hot. Never carry loose batteries in a pocket with keys or coins.
