Genuine stock and problems with an order
Counterfeit disposables are common across the region, and a fake carries a sealed lithium battery of unknown quality. Our stock comes through authorised distributors. The UAE standards body publishes the rules for vaping products at moiat.gov.ae.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us straight away. Returns are accepted for those reasons only, not for change of mind; see the Returns and Refund Policy.
