Choosing a puff count

Puff ratings are the main thing separating one disposable from another. As a rough guide for a moderate user, a 3500-puff device lasts around a week, a 10000-puff device two to three weeks, and the larger 15000–30000 devices a month or more. Heavy users should expect noticeably less than these figures. Higher-capacity devices are almost always rechargeable — the liquid outlasts the battery, so a USB-C port keeps the device usable to the end.

Choosing a nicotine strength

Most disposables sold in the UAE are 20mg (2%) or 50mg (5%) salt nicotine. If you smoke a pack a day or more, 50mg will usually satisfy. If you smoke less than that, or you have vaped comfortably at lower strengths before, 20mg is the better starting point — 50mg can feel harsh and cause dizziness if it is stronger than you need.
