For this guide a budget disposable is any device rated between 3,000 and 9,999 puffs. They are the smallest and cheapest in the range, and they suit occasional use, trying a flavour or carrying a spare.
They are usually pocket-sized, light and ready to use out of the box. Most are not rechargeable, so when the battery ends the device is finished, which is exactly why they stay cheap.

Cheap versus good value
The lowest price is not always the best deal. A AED 25 device rated for 3,000 puffs costs about AED 8.33 per 1,000 puffs, while a AED 40 device rated for 8,000 costs AED 5 per 1,000. If you will use both fully, the second is the better buy even though it costs more on the day.
Value depends on how much you vape. For a one-off trip or a spare for the glove box, the cheapest device is fine. For regular use, use the last column of the table and choose the lowest figure you are comfortable paying up front.
