Elf Bar 10000 review: what you get
The Elf Bar 10000 here is the high nicotine edition of the BC10000 series, rated at approximately 10,000 puffs. The listing describes a compact box shape with a multilayer texture, a smart LED screen and a rechargeable battery. This Elf Bar 10000 review uses the listing only; we have not tested the device.
The device is sealed and pre-filled. It cannot be refilled and there is no coil to change, so it is finished when the liquid is used up.

Puff count and e-liquid capacity
The listing gives about 10,000 puffs and an 18 ml pre-filled reservoir. As with all disposables, the puff figure is a maker estimate and real use varies with draw length and frequency.
That sits in the middle of the market, above the entry-level 3,000 to 6,000 puff devices. For how these ratings translate to usage, see the puff count guide, and for smaller or larger options browse the best disposable vapes guide.
Value check: at AED 40 for a rating of 10,000 puffs, the listing price works out at about AED 4.00 per 1,000 puffs. The 18mL reservoir means roughly 556 rated puffs per mL. Both figures use the maker rating, so real use will differ with draw length and how often you puff. To compare sizes side by side, see our disposable vape puff count guide and the best disposable vapes guide.
QUAQ mesh coil and compact design
The coil is listed as the QUAQ mesh coil, which the listing says vaporises the 50 mg liquid efficiently. The body is described as a compact box in multilayer texture with PCTG material that fits in a pocket.
Whether the draw or flavour lives up to those descriptions is something we cannot judge from specifications alone, so we present them as the maker description.
Elf Bar 10000 compared with the EP8000
| Feature | Elf Bar 10000 | EP8000 |

| Shape | Compact box | Rounded bottle |
The comparison comes from the two product listings. See the EP8000 product page for its own details.
Battery, charging and screen
The battery is listed at 620mAh, rechargeable by USB Type-C, and a smart LED screen shows liquid and battery level. A rechargeable cell lets you use every drop of liquid, but it needs care: use a quality cable, do not leave it charging unattended and keep it out of heat and sun.
If the casing is damaged, swollen or hot, stop using the device.
Flavours available
The listing shows eleven flavours: Blackberry Cranberry, Blueberry Ice, Blueberry Mint, Blue Razz Ice, Cherry Watermelon, Double Mango, Peach Mango, Strawberry Ice, Strawberry Kiwi Ice, Tobacco and Watermelon Ice.
Tobacco is the only non-fruit option. Flavour availability can change, so check the product page before you order.
Nicotine strength and UAE rules
The UAE standard UAE.S 5030 sets a limit of 20 mg/ml for nicotine in vaping liquids. This device is listed at 50 mg, which is above that figure, so we mark it as above the cap and make no claim that it complies. Check the current rules on the MoIAT website before you buy. The listing describes this edition as the higher strength counterpart to a 2% version. Nicotine salt at 50 mg is strong, so this edition is not suited to beginners.
We make no health claims. Nicotine is addictive, and vaping products are for adults aged 21 and over. For lower strengths, see the disposable vape range.
Who it suits, price and delivery in Dubai
On paper this device suits adults who already use high-strength nicotine salt and want a pocket-sized rechargeable disposable. It does not suit beginners, people who want a lower strength or a very high puff count. It costs AED 40 for one unit.
Delivery is AED 30, free over AED 350, and you pay on delivery. See the Shipping and Delivery Policy for times by emirate, the Elf Bar brand page for the full range, or the Elf Bar 10000 product page.
A disposable is a single-use device, so think about disposal before you buy and keep it away from children and pets, out of heat and direct sun. We have not tested this device, so everything on this page is from the product listing.
