Nicotine strength
Each pouch carries 6mg of nicotine. That is a moderate strength within the VELO range. If you do not already use nicotine, do not start. Some people feel lightheaded or sick with a pouch that is too strong for them, and if that happens you should remove it. Use one pouch at a time and do not swallow it.
Nicotine is addictive, and we make no health claims. Compare strengths in our nicotine pouch strength guide.
Flavour
The flavour is listed as strawberry, a sweeter, fruitier option than the mint or citrus pouches. Note the name says berry, but the listing gives strawberry. We have not tasted it, so we cannot rate the flavour ourselves.

Pouches per can and duration
A can holds 20 pouches. The listing gives a slim, regular-fit format. The pouch weight and origin are not published. The listing does not give a use time.
Keep the can closed and out of heat and direct sun, which matters in the UAE climate, and away from children and pets. Put used pouches in a bin, not on the ground.
Price per pouch
A single can is AED 30, which works out at AED 1.50 per pouch. A roll of 10 cans is AED 250, or AED 1.25 per pouch, a saving of AED 50 across 200 pouches. Prices can change, so confirm on the product page.
UAE rules, age limit and health
Pouch rules are separate from the rules for vapes and e-liquids. Check the current requirements on the Ministry of Health and Prevention website before you buy. Sale is for adults aged 21 and over only, and we make no claim about what is legal for you.
