SMOK RPM C review: what you get
The SMOK RPM C is a refillable pod kit with a built-in battery. This SMOK RPM C review uses only the product listing, because we have not tested the device.
Because it is refillable, you fill it with your own e-liquid. It is a device and does not come with liquid, so it suits people who want to choose strength and flavour themselves.

Battery and charging
The battery is listed as 1650mAh. Charging is listed as Type-C at 1.6A.
Charge with a quality cable and do not leave the device charging unattended. Keep it out of heat and direct sun, which matters in Dubai summers. If the casing is damaged, swollen or hot, stop using it.
The listing names a 1650mAh battery and Type-C charging at 1.6A. Use a cable and adapter rated for that current, because a weak cable slows charging. Do not charge it unattended or leave it in a hot car, which matters in Dubai.
Power and performance
The power range is listed as 5-50W. Button activation. Stepless airflow.
We cannot confirm flavour, vapour output or battery life without testing, so these points are the maker description, not our findings. Higher power settings generally use liquid and battery faster than lower ones.

The comparison comes from the two product listings. See the Voopoo Argus P3 product page for its own details.
The power range is 5-50W with stepless airflow, according to the listing. Stepless means the airflow can be adjusted smoothly rather than in fixed notches. Button activation means you press to fire. We have not tested either, so this is the listing description.
Start at the low end of the range for your coil and raise power gradually.
Tank, pod and coils
The tank or pod is listed as 4ml top-fill pod. The coil detail is: RPM 2 series, with a 0.3 ohm mesh and a 0.6 ohm DC MTL coil included.
Coils wear out with use and cost extra, so check that replacement coils are in stock before you buy. See the pods and coils range for replacements.
Two coils are listed as included: a 0.3 ohm mesh and a 0.6 ohm DC MTL. MTL means mouth to lung, the tighter draw style. Lower resistance coils generally go with higher power and the 0.6 ohm coil with lower power, but follow the coil packaging.
The pod is top-fill and holds 4ml. Open the fill port, add liquid to the maker line, close it, and wait a few minutes before use. Read our refillable vs prefilled guide for the trade-offs.
Display and build
The display is listed as 0.69 inch OLED.
Build quality, feel in the hand and finish are things we cannot judge from a listing, so we do not rate them here.
E-liquid and UAE rules
This device does not contain nicotine by itself. Strength depends on the e-liquid you choose. The UAE standard UAE.S 5030 sets a limit of 20 mg/ml for nicotine in vaping liquids. Check the current rules on the MoIAT website before you buy.
Browse the e-liquid range for matching liquids. We make no health claims. Nicotine is addictive, and vaping products are for adults aged 21 and over.
