What is the VapeSoul Starlight 80000 Puffs?
VapeSoul builds disposable vapes around high-capacity, rechargeable hardware designed to run through extended use without a refill or replacement pod. The Starlight 80000 Puffs is VapeSoul’s high-capacity model, pairing an 850mAh rechargeable battery with a 20mg/ml nicotine salt formulation across 14 flavours.
How does it work? The VapeSoul Starlight 80000 Puffs is draw-activated – there is no fire button. Inhaling on the mouthpiece triggers the coil, and the adjustable airflow ring lets the user choose a tighter, MTL-style draw or a looser, airier one.
Battery life and charging. The 850mAh rechargeable battery is designed to outlast the e-liquid inside the device, recharging over USB-C rather than being thrown away once the charge runs low. Once the e-liquid itself is exhausted, the device reaches end of life regardless of any battery charge left, and should be disposed of per the guidance below.
How long does 80,000 puffs last?
The 80,000-puff figure is a headline rating from short, standardized test puffs, not a literal on-device counter. Real-world use – longer inhales, more frequent draws, colder or warmer weather – will return a lower actual puff count than the headline figure for most users, so day-to-day mileage varies by draw style rather than guaranteeing exactly 80,000 puffs.
Is the VapeSoul Starlight 80000 Puffs legal and compliant in the UAE?
Vaping has been legal in the UAE since April 2019. Since July 2020, certification is handled by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) via the Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme (ECAS), and electronic nicotine products must meet UAE.S 5030:2018. The VapeSoul Starlight 80000 Puffs is formulated at 20mg/ml (2%) nicotine salt, in line with the UAE’s standard e-liquid nicotine cap. As with any electronic nicotine product, check the physical ECAS/MoIAT mark on the unit you receive. Effective 1 September 2026, the UAE Ministry of Finance has also introduced a minimum excise price of AED 1 per ml on e-liquid used in electronic smoking devices, on top of the existing 100% excise rate – a regulatory fact only, not a predicted retail price change. UAE regulations restrict sale to adults 18+, and Vape Dubai Shop verifies buyer age with an Emirates ID or passport at delivery. See u.ae for the wider federal framework.

Vape Dubai Shop sells the VapeSoul Starlight 80000 Puffs at AED 55 per device across all 14 flavours, with delivery across Dubai and the wider UAE. Delivery is a flat AED 30 UAE-wide, free on orders over AED 350; Dubai orders typically arrive in around 2 hours (traffic-dependent), while Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain are delivered within 24 hours, between 10:00 and 23:00 daily. See the FAQ or browse the full Disposable Vape range.
Who should buy the VapeSoul Starlight 80000 Puffs – and who shouldn’t
The VapeSoul Starlight 80000 Puffs suits an existing 20mg/ml nicotine salt vaper who wants a high-capacity device and doesn’t want to recharge or repurchase often, and who is happy picking from a fruit-and-ice-heavy flavour range. It’s a weaker fit for someone who wants a lower nicotine strength than 20mg/ml, prefers a compact pocket-sized disposable over a higher-capacity one, or is looking for a dessert or tobacco flavour profile – none are in this 14-flavour lineup.
How to use the VapeSoul Starlight 80000 Puffs
- Unbox the device and check the mouthpiece seal is intact before first use.
- If the charge indicator shows low, charge fully via USB-C before use.
- Draw on the mouthpiece to activate – no button press is needed.
- Turn the airflow ring to adjust the draw from tighter to looser.
- Recharge via USB-C as needed until the e-liquid runs out.
- Dispose of the device per the battery-safe guidance below once the e-liquid is exhausted.
Where to recycle or dispose of the VapeSoul Starlight 80000 Puffs in the UAE
The VapeSoul Starlight 80000 Puffs contains a built-in lithium battery – never puncture, crush, or burn it. Take a used device to an e-waste or battery drop-off point rather than a general household bin; several UAE municipalities, including Dubai Municipality, run dedicated e-waste collection programs for exactly this kind of device.

FAQ
How long does the VapeSoul Starlight 80000 Puffs actually last? Up to 80,000 puffs is the headline rating from standardized short puffs; real-world draws typically return fewer actual puffs, so daily mileage depends on how long and how often you draw.
What nicotine strength is it? 20mg/ml (2%) nicotine salt, the only strength this device ships in.
Can I refill it? No – the VapeSoul Starlight 80000 Puffs is a sealed disposable device, not a refillable pod system.
How do I know it’s genuine? Buy only from an authorised UAE retailer like Vape Dubai Shop, and check the ECAS/MoIAT compliance mark on the unit’s packaging.
What if it leaks or tastes burnt? Contact Vape Dubai Shop via the Contact us page – a faulty unit is covered under the Returns & Refund Policy.
Is it legal across all the emirates, not just Dubai? Yes – the UAE’s vaping framework (ECAS/MoIAT) applies nationwide, not only in Dubai.
What are the health and legal risks? Nicotine is addictive and this product is restricted to adults 18+; using it in vehicles with a child present, or in restricted public spaces such as many parks and beaches, is an offence in Dubai.
Can I bring one into the UAE as a tourist? Personal-use quantities of ECAS-certified devices are generally permitted and should be declared at customs if asked; check current limits before travel.
What are the delivery and returns terms? See the Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refund Policy – damaged, faulty or incorrect items only, no change-of-mind returns.
How do I dispose of it once it’s empty? Take it to an e-waste or battery drop-off point – never puncture, crush or burn the built-in battery.
