A pod system is a rechargeable device you refill yourself. It costs more upfront than a disposable and far less over time — a single kit plus e-liquid typically replaces several disposables a month. This is the category to move into once you know you are going to keep vaping.

Closed pods vs refillable pods

Closed-pod devices take pre-filled cartridges: convenient, but you are tied to whatever flavours that brand makes. Refillable pods let you use any e-liquid, which is cheaper per millilitre and opens up the full flavour range. Most of what we stock is refillable.

Choosing a device

For someone switching from cigarettes, a compact mouth-to-lung kit from Uwell, VOOPOO or Vaporesso is the usual recommendation — the draw is tight, similar to a cigarette, and battery life comfortably covers a day. If you want bigger vapour and a looser draw, look at higher-wattage kits from GeekVape, SMOK or Lost Vape.
